The third question of Fatwa No. ( 13962 )
Q 3: It was narrated from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) in his hadith to Ma'adh :Bulugh al-Maram 2:219 Where is this supplication to be made? Is it before the taslim or after it, given that the wording "after every prayer" was used?
A 3 : The meaning of "after the prayer" in the aforementioned hadith is: after the taslim from it. This is clarified by what was narrated in the hadith of the poor Muhajireen, in which the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said:Sahih Muslim 595a It is known that this dhikr is after the salam from the prayer, so the meaning of "after the prayer" is: after the completion of the prayer. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
Q 3: It was narrated from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) in his hadith to Ma'adh :
Never leave the recitation of this supplication after every prayer: 'O Allah, help me to remember You, thank You, and worship You perfectly.'

This is clarified by what was narrated in the hadith of the poor Muhajireen, in which the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
