The second question of Fatwa No. ( 21550 )
Q 2: Is it prescribed for us to recite the takbir immediately after the obligatory prayer and before the dhikr recited after the prayer during the ten days of Dhu al-Hijjah, or is this specific to the days of Tashriq, including the day of 'Id al-Adha? Please inform us, may Allah reward you
with good?

A 2 : The restricted takbir at the conclusion of the obligatory prayers is specific to the days of Tashriq, and it is recited immediately after the taslim, before beginning the dhikr. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
