Praying without having performed the ritual bath for nocturnal emission due to the cold weather

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The second question of Fatwa No. ( 16524 )
Q1: A young man studying in Abha says: On a Monday, I slept in the afternoon and had a nocturnal emission. I got up for the Maghrib prayer and wanted to perform the ritual bath, but I could not because of the cold weather and water. However, I washed the place of impurity and prayed Maghrib. I performed the ablution for 'Isha' and prayed it, and I prayed the obligatory prayers of Tuesday, but I did not perform the ritual bath because the cold weather continued and because my body could not withstand the cold. On Wednesday, I went to my family’s place where the weather is hot, and I prayed 'Asr there, but before performing the ritual bath. I then performed the ritual bath and prayed Maghrib. End of question.
Vol. 2 : You must repeat the prayers you performed before taking the bath, and seek forgiveness for the negligence that came from you.
And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad and his family and his Companions.
