Therapeutic Injections: Do They Invalidate the Ablution?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The second question of Fatwa No. ( 17661 )
Q 2: Are there any injections used by some patients that invalidate the ablution? And if a little blood comes out from the site of the needle, is it
obligatory for the patient to perform ablution if he was in a state of ablution before the needle was inserted? And if he sees blood on his garment after the prayer, and it is from the site of the needle, is it obligatory for him to repeat the prayer? Please issue a ruling, may Allah reward you with good.

A 2: Inserting a needle does not invalidate the ablution, and the emergence of a small amount of blood from the site of the needle is excused. If the one who prays sees the trace of blood on his garment after the prayer and did not know about it before, or he knew about it but forgot it during the prayer and did not remember it until after the prayer, then it is not obligatory for him to repeat the prayer. And if it is a small amount, it is excused whether he knew about it or not. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
