Q 2: In my job as a nurse, I am required to administer intramuscular and intravenous injections to women. What is the ruling on my job?
A 2: Restrict the administration of injections to men, and it is not permissible for you to administer injections to women; because of the fitnah (trial, discord or temptation) involved in that. It is obligatory to assign a female nurse to women to perform this. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
