The fourth question from Fatwa number ( 19048 )
Q4: In the saying of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him):Sunan Ibn Majah 980Sahih (Darussalam) ... the hadith, is the intended meaning the best of them in recitation, or in arranging it, or in its tajwid, or in memorization?
A4 : The intended meaning of the saying of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him):Sunan Ibn Majah 980Sahih (Darussalam) ... is: the best of you in recitation and arranging the Qur'an. It also means: the one among you with the most Qur'an. So whoever is the best in recitation and arranging the Qur'an and has the most memorization of the Qur'an, he is more deserving of leading the prayer than one who is less than him in that, especially if he is a jurist in his prayer. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
Q4: In the saying of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him):
