Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The second question of Fatwa No. ( 10740 )
Q 2: During study periods and exams, it is difficult for me to read the Qur'an due to a lack of time for recitation, and I am deeply saddened by this because I know with certainty of the punishment for it. Even when I do find the time, Satan intrudes into my mind and distracts me from it with other worldly matters, despite
the fact that, praise be to Allah, I am diligent in reading it during Ramadan. So guide me, may Allah bless you, O my noble father, to the steps by which I may attain the pleasure of Allah (Glorified and Exalted is He). And may Allah reward you and all the believers and Muslims with the best reward in this world and the Hereafter.
A 2 : It is recommended for the Muslim to be diligent in reciting the Qur'an in the month of Ramadan and in other months, while reflecting on what he recites, understanding its meanings, and acting upon it, to the extent of his ability. This is based on the saying of Allah the Exalted:[At-Taghabun 64:16] and the saying of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him): Sahih al-Bukhari 7288 . And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.

إذا أمرتكم بأمر فأتوا منه ما استطعتم
