Q: Is the Friday prayer obligatory upon me? I use a wheelchair and cannot go to the mosque unless I have a man with me to help me with the wheelchair.
A: If you find someone to help you go to the Friday prayer, it is better for you to attend it, provided that your attendance does not cause harm to the other worshippers. If it is not feasible for you to attend, then you should pray it as Zuhr, four rak'ahs. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
