Going to the mosque whose imam is proficient in recitation

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The first question of Fatwa No. ( 17649 )
Q 1: In our village there is a permanent imam who is not proficient in reciting the Noble Qur'an . He changes affirmations to negations, puts the genitive in the accusative case, and substitutes some letters with others. In addition, he rushes through the secret prayers to such an extent that the follower may not finish reciting Surat al-Fatihah in the last two rak'ahs. When I go to perform the prayer in one of the neighboring mosques, I see my father’s dissatisfaction, although he does not know this imam’s mistakes. This is because the mosque is next to our house, and my father passes by my house to remind me of the prayer before he goes to the mosque. I hope you will clarify the ruling on praying behind this imam, and whether I will be sinful if I do not listen to my father and go to one of the mosques to perform the prayer?
A 1 : There is nothing wrong with going to the mosque whose imam is proficient in recitation, and this is not considered disobedience to your father; because you are seeking thereby to complete your prayer and perfect it. There is no blame on your father in this matter. You should advise your father and explain your intention to him, and you should inform the responsible authority to guide and instruct the imam. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
