Not attending the congregational prayer at the time of Maghrib

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The first question of Fatwa number ( 20429 )
Q 1: I am a man afflicted with a strong love for camels, and I am unable to give them up because of the desirable qualities and temperaments they possess. This causes me to miss attending the Maghrib prayer in the mosque with the congregation, as I go out to them in the desert, and sometimes the 'Isha' prayer if I stay with them late. However, when the adhan is called, I raise it with a loud voice and establish the prayer with my brothers and my four sons, and we pray the prayer on time without delay. So, is there anything upon me regarding not attending the congregational prayer at the time of Maghrib
due to the aforementioned reason, and sometimes the 'Isha' prayer, which I pray with my brothers and sons in the desert? If there is any sin upon me, I will sell them and count that as a reward with Allah, knowing that I love them.

A 1: It is obligatory for you and those with you to pray in the mosques of the town near you, if you are in a place where you can hear the adhan without a loudspeaker; because the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
Whoever hears the call and does not respond, he has no prayer, except one who has an excuse.من سمع النداء فلم يجب فلا صلاة له إلا من عذر
Sahih Ibn Hibban 10:352
, it was said to Ibn 'Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both): What is the excuse? He said: Fear or illness. And because the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), when a blind man asked him saying: O Messenger of Allah, I have no guide to lead me to the mosque, is there a dispensation for me to pray in my house? He said to him (peace and blessings be upon him):
Can you hear the Adhan (call) for prayer?" He answered, "Yes". He [the Prophet (ﷺ)] said, "Then respond to it."هل تسمع النداء بالصلاة؟ قال: نعم، قال: فأجب
Bulugh al-Maram 2:307
. However, if you are far away and do not hear the adhan, there is no blame on you for praying in your place in congregation. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
