The ruling on one who leaves the Fajr prayer while intending to pray it

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The second question of fatwa number ( 16742 )
Q 2: We have a mosque in our residence, praise be to Allah, but if a student prays in his room, is his prayer valid? Also, studying here requires memorization, and most students stay up until the end of the night. When Fajr comes, they do not pray, and when they wake up, they find no time to pray. So what should be done? Is making up the prayer at another time valid, and what is the ruling on one who leaves the Fajr prayer while intending to pray it , but due to such study conditions, he is unable to do so?
A 2: It is obligatory to preserve the prayer and perform it in its time in congregation if possible. It is not permissible to sleep through the Fajr prayer and delay it until finishing studies during the day. Whoever sleeps through the prayer without his own choice, when he wakes up, he must hasten to pray after his waking; for the saying of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him):
Whoever forgets a prayer or sleeps through it, let him pray it when he remembers it. There is no expiation for it except that.من نسي صلاة أو نام عنها فليصلها إذا ذكرها لا كفارة لها إلا ذلك
Sunan ad-Darimi 2:45
. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
