How should one act if a relative prevents him from praying?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The second question of Fatwa No. ( 17383 )
Q 2: A girl whose father is extreme, who disbelieves in Allah, wanted to pray but she fears her father will beat her and humiliate her , knowing that she is blind and needs his help, so how should she act?
Vol. 2: It is obligatory for this woman to pray to the best of her ability. If she is able to perform wudu, it is obligatory for her to do so. If she is not able, she should perform tayammum and pray. It is not permissible for her to leave the prayer or to obey her father in this matter; because the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
A creature is not to be obeyed when it involves disobedience to the "Creator.”لا طاعة لمخلوق في معصية الخالق
Mishkat al-Masabih 3696
. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
