Q 8: Burying the deceased upon the onset of evening ?
A 8 : It is not permissible to bury the deceased when the sun is rising, when it is setting, or when it is standing in the middle of the sky; due to the hadith of 'Uqbah ibn 'Amir (may Allah be pleased with him), who said:Sahih Ibn Hibban 9:111 It was narrated by Muslim . And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.

Three times the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) forbade us to pray in them or to bury our dead in them: when the sun is rising and spreading until it rises high, when the sun is standing at midday until it declines, and when the sun is preparing to set until it sets.
