Q 2: There is an old cemetery consisting of several graves, and a pit for restrooms will be dug next to it, knowing that water leakage into these graves is inevitable. Is this permissible in the Shari'ah?
A 2 : It is not permissible to dig the pit next to the cemetery in order to protect the graves of Muslims from harm, and it is obligatory to fence in the aforementioned cemetery if it is not already fenced. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
