Not completing the ablution and leaving out some of its obligatory acts

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The second question of Fatwa No. ( 20628 )
Q 2: I see that my mother, when performing wudu', does not rinse her mouth, does not sniff water into her nose, does not wash her hands up to the elbows, and does not wipe her entire head . Are rinsing the mouth and sniffing water into the nose obligatory in wudu' ? And what is your opinion regarding my mother's practice? Is her wudu' incomplete? What guidance do you have for her? I have tried to teach her how to perform wudu', but it seems to me that she is not convinced by it? I ask for clarification on the validity of her prayer, with sufficient evidence, along with advice and guidance.

A 2: Rinsing the mouth, sniffing water into the nose, washing the hands up to the elbows, and wiping the entire head from the front to the back are among the obligatory acts of wudu'. Nothing of these is dropped, whether intentionally or by forgetfulness. If one leaves out any of the obligatory acts of wudu', his wudu' is not valid. You must teach your mother the wudu' prescribed by the Shari'ah, and you should counsel her about this with gentleness and kind words, explaining the hadiths reported on this matter. Encourage her to make sincere repentance for her past wudu' performed in the manner described, and not to return to it. Perhaps Allah will forgive what has passed from her due to her ignorance. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
