Not completing the ablution and its effect on validity

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Fatwa number ( 16100 )
Q: Whatis the ruling on a prayer in which the ablution is incomplete in some of the obligatory parts, such as the face, the leg, or the arm, meaning that the water does not cover them completely?
A: It is obligatory for a person to complete the ablution on all the limbs. If he leaves any part of the limbs where the water did not reach, he must ensure the water reaches it.
If the interval is long and the limb dries out, he must repeat the ablution. If he prays before doing so, he must repeat the ablution and the prayer. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
