The urine does not break the wudu'

The fourth question of Fatwa No. ( 21683 )
Q 4: Esteemed Shaykhs: I have a brother in Allah who complains of a problem as follows: The brother says: When he enters the restroom and relieves himself, then cleans himself well, and upon exiting to perform wudu', drops appear at the level of his penis that he suspects are drops of urine. He says that they often cause him confusion and doubt regarding the validity of his wudu' and the cleanliness of his clothes and their permissibility for prayer, so he repeats the wudu' and changes his clothes. What do you see?
A 4: If the situation is as you described, it appears that the condition of the person mentioned is merely whispers and doubts. He should ignore them and not pay attention to them, for they are from Shaytan to spoil a person's worship. If the man sprinkled water on his trousers after his wudu' to cut off the whispers, that would be good.
And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
