The ruling on the ablution of one who has urinary incontinence

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
A man has urinary incontinence. He says: When the time for prayer enters and he performs ablution, after the ablution comes out what does not exceed two drops of urine, and he is troubled by this?

Answer:
If something comes out, he must renew his cleaning after relieving himself, renew his ablution, and leave off the obsessive doubts. He should not rush until he has cleaned himself. Then, when he has cleaned himself, he stands up, performs ablution, and leaves off the obsessive doubts. He washes the area around his private parts with water after the ablution, so that what falls from the obsessive doubt is attributed to this sprinkling. After that, this matter ends, and this thing goes away from him.
But if something comes out of him after that, he must renew his cleaning after relieving himself, renew his ablution, and wash what affected his garment or his trousers after that. Then he leaves off the obsessive doubts, cuts them off, occupies himself with his own affairs, and turns away from these obsessive doubts, so that Satan does not provoke him, and so that Satan does not play with him. May Allah grant all of you success and guidance.
