What is the ruling on one’s ablution and prayer if he performs ablution and then drops of urine come out of him?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : Shaykh, praise be to Allah, the Lord of the worlds. After finishing my ablution, drops of urine come out of me. What is the ruling regarding this in relation to ablution and prayer? May Allah reward you with good.

The Shaykh : That means you are one of two people: either you are—may Allah protect you from it—suffering from incontinence, in which case it has its own ruling, or it is an occasional occurrence, in which case it has its own ruling. If it is the first case, then one who has this incontinence is not permitted to perform ablution until after the time for prayer has entered, and then he prays, even if urine is leaking from him without his control, of course. But if it is the second case, he is not permitted to pray while that urine is coming out of him. So it is necessary to distinguish: if he is suffering from the disease of incontinence, he does not perform ablution until after the adhan, and he prays as best as he can. No, if it is an occasional matter, he must perform ablution, renew his ablution, renew his prayer, and purify his body and his clothes.

Another questioner : Is the evidence for this from the Sunnah, or is it an analogy? May Allah bless you. Is there a text from the Sunnah, or is it an analogy based on the woman who...?

The Shaykh : Based on the woman with irregular bleeding.

Another questioner : May Allah bless you.

The questioner : Shaykh, I mean, distinguishing between incontinence and an occasional occurrence, that is the first point. And secondly, in the case of incontinence, is it permissible for him to pray more than one time on the same ablution?

The Shaykh : No, he must perform ablution for every prayer. As for distinguishing, the one afflicted with it distinguishes it. If this incontinence has been with him for days or months, then it is incontinence.

The questioner : Shaykh, the occasional one does not occur except after the process of ablution, meaning the original state is that this thing is connected to ablution. After finishing the process of urination and performing ablution, after finishing, you feel drops of urine coming out?

The Shaykh : Okay, suppose he performed ablution a second time?

The questioner : Sometimes it would come out, yes?

The Shaykh : So he has this same condition with him. What did you want to say, Abu Ayyub?

Another questioner : May Allah protect you, Shaykh. Regarding the question of incontinence and ablution for every prayer, does this include voluntary prayers?

The Shaykh : By Allah, this is a somewhat confusing issue, and it seems to practically conflict with the verse
Allah intends for you ease and does not intend for you hardship يريد الله بكم اليسر و لا يريد بكم العسر
[Al-Baqarah 2:185]
I say this and end my answer by saying, and Allah knows best.
