If the mushaf is photographed on the mobile phone, is it permissible to touch it without wudu?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Q: What is your esteemed opinion regarding the new device (the specific mobile phone) in which the Noble Qur'an is programmed, such that when the phone is opened and the specific button is pressed, the pages of the Noble Qur'an appear? In this case, is it permissible to touch the phone without wudu? And after closing this phone, is it permissible to enter the bathroom with it? Knowing that seconds before, the verses of the Qur'an were visible on it and then disappeared. Please inform us, may Allah reward you with good.
A: It is forbidden to enter the place of relief with the mobile phone when the verses of the Qur'an are displayed on its screen; because the Qur'an is visible on it. However, once the Qur'an program is closed, the phone takes on the ruling of a device, and it is not forbidden to enter the place of relief with it. As for reading the Qur'an from the phone program without ritual purity, it is permissible if the reader is not in a state of major ritual impurity (janabah), because the person in a state of janabah is prohibited from reading the Qur'an. There is no harm in touching it without ritual purity; because that is not considered direct touching of the Qur'an, but rather touching it through a barrier. The phone is not called a mushaf. And Allah knows best.
