What does the imam recite when he sits briefly between the two sermons?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The first and fourth questions of the fatwa number ( 20831 )
Q 1: In the Friday prayer or the festival prayers, when the imam sits for a short, temporary break between the two sermons, what does he recite during this short sitting? And what should the worshippers recite?
A 1: It is recommended, not obligatory, for the preacher to sit between the two sermons; this is established by the action of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) to separate the two sermons, and so that the preacher may take a rest after the first sermon. What is prescribed is that the preacher and the worshippers should occupy themselves with supplication in that time, rather than recitation; because that time, from the preacher sitting on the pulpit until he leaves, is one of the two times in which supplication is answered. Perhaps the supplicant will catch that time and his supplication will be answered.
