The Persistence of Impurity Traces on One’s Clothing

Q: This is a problem I face, and it has become recurring. May Allah reward you with good, I wash my rear thoroughly after defecation, but sometimes I find traces of feces on my underwear. Sometimes I have already prayed more than one obligatory prayer, but I do not repeat what I have prayed; based on the hadith of Jibril when he came to the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) while he was praying and ordered him to remove his sandals because they had impurity on them. The scholars used this hadith as evidence that one who prays while having impurity in his clothing without knowing it has a valid prayer. So what should I do about this problem, and is it correct that I do not repeat the prayer? Also, this problem has kept me away from many good deeds, such as leading people in prayer, on the excuse that I might be in a state of impurity, and there are others more deserving than me whose clothes are clean. Also, I sometimes find on the front side of my underwear traces of drops that are brownish in color. Is this a fluid that came from my front, or is it dirt from the pubic area? Knowing that it has no smell. Is it permissible for me to go to a doctor to examine the area of the two orifices? I am confused by this problem. Please advise us, may Allah reward you with good, and peace be upon you.
And upon you be Allah’s mercy and blessings.
A: First: It is obligatory for the one praying to purify his clothing from impurity before entering into prayer. If he is certain of purity and then prays, his prayer is valid. Second: If a person is ill, there is no harm in him consulting a specialist doctor to diagnose his illness, even if it requires exposing the awrah in case of dire necessity. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
