The Order of Performing the Prayers

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The seventh question of Fatwa No. ( 21368 )
Q 7: A man who is traveling, delayed the Maghrib prayer and joined the imam while he was praying 'Isha', so what is required of him : should he pray 'Isha with them and then pray Maghrib, or is the order obligatory?
A 7: If a person has the Maghrib prayer due on him and finds the imam praying 'Isha, he may join him with the intention of Maghrib. When he prays the third rak'ah, he
sits and recites the final tashahhud, then he may either say the taslim or wait for the imam and say the taslim with him. If he prays Maghrib alone first and then joins the imam for the remainder of the 'Isha prayer, that is better. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
