Ruling on Forgetting the Order Between Prayers

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Q: A questioner asks, saying: I prayed 'Isha' with the congregation, but I had not prayed Maghrib because I forgot it. After I returned home, I prayed Maghrib. Is my prayer valid?

A: Your prayer is valid if you prayed 'Isha' with the congregation in the mosque and forgot Maghrib; because Allah the Exalted said:
Our Lord, do not impose blame upon us if we have forgotten or erred.رَبَّنَا لا تُؤَاخِذْنَا إِنْ نَسِينَا أَوْ أَخْطَأْنَا
[Surat al-Baqarah: 286] And it is authentic from the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) that Allah, Glorified and Exalted is He, said:
You have done it.قـد فعلت
And success is from Allah.
