Prayer in a mosque adjacent to a cemetery

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The second question of Fatwa No. ( 21004 )
Q 2: What is the ruling on praying in a mosque adjacent to a cemetery , where only one wall separates it from the cemetery, namely: the wall of the mosque?
A 2: There is no harm in praying in a mosque that is separated from the grave by a road or open space beyond the wall of the mosque; because there is no danger; because this mosque was not built on a grave. However, if the grave or cemetery is connected to the wall of the mosque, then the prayer in it is not valid; because it would be a prayer at the grave, and that is one of the means of shirk (associating partners with Allah). And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
