Bringing a grave or part of a cemetery into the mosque

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Fatwa number ( 7095 ):
Q: We have an old mosque surrounded by a very old cemetery whose landmarks have been lost, such that we do not know it is a cemetery except for one grave next to the mosque. The people of the village want to expand this mosque so that the grave and others are included in the mosque, knowing that the aforementioned location is the most suitable place for building the mosque. Is it permissible for them to do so?
A: It is forbidden to bring the aforementioned grave or any part of the cemetery into the mosque. And success is from Allah. And may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
