The Meaning of al-Rihal in the Hadith of Tying the Saddle

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The eighth question of Fatwa No. ( 21672 )
Q 8: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
Do not tie the saddle except for three mosques: al-Masjid al-Haram, my mosque, and al-Masjid al-Aqsaلا تشد الرحال إلا لثلاثة مساجد، المسجد الحرام، ومسجدي هذا، والمسجد الأقصى
So what is the meaning of al-rihal in this hadith
, and how is it tied in the three mosques?

A 8: The meaning of this hadith is that it is not permissible to travel to a place with the intention of worshipping Allah there through prayer, supplication, or reciting the Qur'an, except for these three places, which are: al-Masjid al-Haram , al-Masjid al-Nabawi , and al-Masjid al-Aqsa . And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
