A 1: The meaning of entrusting matters in the hadith is: entrusting matters concerning the Muslims in their religious and worldly affairs to those not qualified for them; because responsibility is a trust, and entrusting it to those not qualified for it is betrayal; because
it leads to the corruption of affairs and the loss of rights, and Allah the Exalted said: , so there must be strength in execution and trustworthiness in performance. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
