Kindness to the Christian

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The third question of Fatwa No. ( 10498 )
Q 3: A Muslim man owns a car and lives in a village in the desert. This village has a Christian (Nasrani) doctor, and this man
the Muslim man drives this doctor to the place the doctor wants to go every month, and the doctor does not ride with anyone else but him. Is this relationship considered friendship, and is it permissible according to Islamic law?

A 3: Doing favors and performing good deeds toward a non-combatant disbeliever in worldly matters is permissible to do with disbelievers, while hating what they are upon in terms of belief and religion. Allah the Exalted said:
Allah does not forbid you from those who do not fight you because of religion and do not expel you from your homes - from being righteous toward them and acting justly toward them. Indeed, Allah loves those who act justly.
[Al-Mumtahanah 60:8]
. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
