She vowed to fast a month from a past year but did not fast it

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The first question of fatwa number ( 16580 )
Q1: I was a student at a teacher training institute, and in my final year I swore that if I passed, I would fast a month in the year following that year , but unfortunately I did not fulfill this oath, which is like a vow. I should also mention that I did not make up the days I broke my fast in Ramadan—naturally, for a valid excuse—and I am now 21 years old. I am unable to fast due to my physical weakness, and because I am an elementary school teacher and electricity has not reached our country yet, except for commercial electricity that operates from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. I ask you to respond quickly.
Volume 1 : First: It is obligatory for you to pay an expiation for the oath by fasting one month in the year following your success, since the time has passed and you did not fast it. The expiation is: feeding ten poor people, giving each one and a half kilogram of food, or clothing them, or freeing a believing slave. If you are unable to do so, fast for three days. Second: It is obligatory for you to make up the number of days you broke your fast in Ramadan, and if you delayed making them up until another Ramadan without an excuse, then upon you, in addition to
making up the fasts, feeding a poor person for each day. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
