Denying what Allah has revealed and standing before an idol

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Fatwa number ( 13062 )
Q: In the school, every student gathers before the idol, praises it, and calls upon it. They stand before it without moving, and they make a new pledge to it every day.
In most of the lessons, they deny what Allah the Exalted has revealed, fabricate lies against Allah and His Messenger, and mock a legal ruling, saying: "This is not justice, but injustice." Is it permissible for Muslims to send their children to that school or not? What is the legal ruling for the man who intentionally sends his child to that school?

A: First: Denying what Allah has revealed, fabricating lies against Allah and His Messenger, and mocking the legal rulings by attributing them to injustice and tyranny, all of this is among the matters of disbelief that are forbidden. Allah the Exalted said:
So who is more unjust than one who lies about Allah and denies the truth when it has come to him? Is there not in Hell a residence for the disbelievers?
[Az-Zumar 39:32]
, and Allah the Exalted said:
(65) And if you ask them, they will surely say, "We were only conversing and playing." Say, "Is it Allah and His verses and His Messenger that you were mocking?" (66) Make no excuse; you have disbelieved after your belief. If We pardon one faction of you - We will punish another faction because they were criminals.
[At-Tawbah 9:65-66]
, and Allah the Exalted said:
But who is better than Allah in judgement for a people who are certain [in faith].
[Al-Ma'idah 5:50]
. It is established that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
He who lies about me deliberately will certainly come to his abode in Hell.
Sunan Abi Dawud 3651Sahih (Al-Albani)
. Second: It is forbidden to stand before an idol to praise it and call upon it; rather, that is shirk (associating partners with Allah). Allah the Exalted said:
And do not invoke besides Allah that which neither benefits you nor harms you, for if you did, then indeed you would be of the wrongdoers.'"
[Yunus 10:106]

Third: It is forbidden to send children to a school where disbelief and hostility toward Allah and His Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him) are taught. Fourth: It is obligatory to advise the one who sends his children to such a school and to clarify the legal ruling to him, perhaps Allah will guide him. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
