Eating from the Slaughter of Polytheists on the Ground of Necessity

The first question of Fatwa No. ( 20811 )
Q 1: Many Muslims here, may Allah guide them, do not scrupulously avoid eating the slaughter of the polytheists from among the Japanese on the grounds that halal food is not available and that the Japanese government does not permit anyone to slaughter except under certain conditions. The doubt of many of them is that the Christians insult Allah (Mighty and Majestic), and they claim for Him a wife and a son, (Glorified and Exalted is He) far above that, greatly. And yet, we are permitted to eat their slaughter, and they are not less in disbelief than the polytheists . They also argue with the hadith:. And when we cited for them the concept of the opposite in the saying of the Exalted: [Al-Ma'idah 5:5], they claimed that this is not explicit in the prohibition of the slaughter of the polytheists , and they requested a hadith or athar explicit in this matter. So what is your guidance, Your Eminence?
A 1: It is not permissible for a Muslim to eat from the slaughter of disbelievers other than the People of the Book, and that is for several reasons:
1 - The concept of the saying of the Exalted:[Al-Ma'idah 5:5], so specifying the People of the Book excludes from it the other disbelievers. 2 - There is a difference between the People of the Book and the other disbelievers, for the People of the Book believe in Allah, in their books, and in their messengers. And the other disbelievers do not believe in a messenger or a book. 3 - The People of the Book mention the name of Allah over the slaughtered animal and slaughter it according to the Shari'ah manner, while the other disbelievers do not mention the name of Allah over it, but rather they mention the names of their idols. 4 - The Muslims have agreed upon the permissibility of the slaughter of the People of the Book and the prohibition of the slaughter of the other disbelievers. 5 - As for the saying of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him): , the intended meaning is the naming over the eating, and it does not suffice for the naming over the slaughtered animal; because of the saying of Allah
the Exalted:[Al-An'am 6:121] And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad and his family and his Companions.
