Living in a country with trials and wanting to emigrate from it, but his parents live with him there

Fatwa number ( 18816 )
Q: I am a young Muslim living in a country where trials are abundant, and Islam has become a stranger in the hearts of its people and their companions. I tried to escape from open sinfulness and abandoning sins, but I could not, for the environment I live in imposes that on me. So I pose the following question: Is it possible for me to emigrate to the lands of Islam where all acts of worship are performed with freedom? Knowing that my parents are currently residing with me, and I do not want to leave them . Advise me and guide me to the correct path and a comfortable solution.
A: If it is not possible to move your parents with you to the country you are emigrating to in order to flee for the sake of your religion, and they are in need of your presence with them, then it is obligatory for you to remain with them and be dutiful to them, and you will be excused for leaving off emigration, and your ruling will be the same as theirs; due to His saying, the Exalted:
(98) Except for the oppressed among men, women and children who cannot devise a plan nor are they directed to a way - (99) For those it is expected that Allah will pardon them, and Allah is ever Pardoning and Forgiving.
[An-Nisa 4:98-99]
and His saying, the Exalted:
So fear Allah as much as you are ableفَاتَّقُوا اللَّهَ مَا اسْتَطَعْتُمْ
[At-Taghabun 64:16]
And Allah is the Guide to the straight path. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
