We want to hear your words from you about hijrah and its rulings

The questioner: Not holding people accountable.
The Shaykh: Go ahead.
The questioner: I said that I will not address this topic.
The Shaykh : How?
The questioner: I will not address the topic of hijrah; I ask your forgiveness.
The Shaykh: Go ahead.
The questioner: We are traveling to Abu Dhabi now, if Allah wills, and the fatwa may be transmitted there. Until now, from all sides, we have only heard from one side, the opponents. Does that mean through you or through your tongue?
The Shaykh: The answer was given previously, may Allah bless you; there is a printed paper in it.
The questioner: I know, I read Abu Malik’s paper.
The Shaykh : Ah, good.
The questioner: Yes.
The Shaykh: Go ahead.
The questioner: Most of it is approximately either criticism or rhetoric, meaning sophistry, yes.
The Shaykh: No.
The questioner: Except for some, meaning the end of the paper, approximately the last five or six pages, which contain the response. But I say, we fear this before people, so that we can say we heard it from the Shaykh’s mouth to our ears.
The Shaykh: Yes.
The questioner: If Allah wills, may Allah reward you with good and bless you.
The Shaykh : And may He reward you.
The questioner : We transmit, if Allah wills, the good and the truth.
The Shaykh : May Allah reward you.
The questioner: May Allah reward you with good.
The Shaykh: But may Allah bless you, if the paper contains the three types you mentioned—criticism, rhetoric, and what you said—jurisprudence, but your words are directed by this. Well, are these jurisprudential points not sufficient to clarify the Shaykh’s opinion?
The questioner: I have a paper like...
The Shaykh : That is another matter to consider.
The questioner: Well, your introduction, our Shaykh, the book’s introduction.
The Shaykh: This is a second research paper, may Allah bless you. And we thank you for your good opinion of your brother, but not everything can I speak about. This topic, as the opponents and people of desires and aims wish, especially requires me to compose a paper on the topic. I feel this, but I do not find this free time to silence the opponents of desires who will never be silent. Is not the verse of the Qur'an enough for them:[An-Nisa 4:97], is not his saying (peace be upon him) enough: and many hadiths? Rather, is not the hadith with which Imam al-Bukhari opened his "Sahih" enough, which is the hadith of 'Umar ibn al-Khattab: Sunan Abi Dawud 2201Sahih (Al-Albani) O people, these writers and these preachers have denied what is known of the religion by necessity. But we regret that we have reached such a time in which accountability is lifted from students of knowledge because they do not live in an academic atmosphere, because there are no scholars. How can they deny that a Muslim migrates from one country to another solely to seek knowledge, solely to seek knowledge? Can a person deny this? Well, a man migrates from a Muslim country to a Muslim country because the country he is migrating to is better in terms of knowledge, conduct, and worship, and so on, than that Muslim country. It is not a country occupied by the disbeliever where licentiousness, open sinfulness, and lewdness are spread, and so on. From a Muslim country that has goodness and blessing, but another Muslim country is better, if the detail is correct, it is better and takes the place of the better, as is known. But to clarify, it is better and more blessed than the first. Who says that this hijrah is not permissible? And who finally says that hijrah is not permissible and it is forbidden for the Palestinians to migrate from Palestine in the path of Allah? Who says this? This is a logical scientific sequence that no student of knowledge can deny these legal realities. But these people do not believe in anything, even if you bring them every verse. And therefore, may Allah bless you, the known verse is sufficient for us, perhaps the Shaykh will give us its beginning with his good voice, if Allah wills. Yes, and the oppressed.
The student:[An-Nisa 4:97] Is that enough or not?
The Shaykh: No, complete it.
The student : ... .
Another student : Yes,[An-Nisa 4:97].
The student : .
Another student :[An-Nisa 4:98].
The student :[An-Nisa 4:99] .
Another student : I seek refuge in Allah from Satan,[An-Nisa 4:100].
The Shaykh: So may Allah bless you, hijrah has many types and very many. Hijrah begins in the path of seeking knowledge, and seeking knowledge, as you know, is of two types: individual obligation and collective obligation. So if a man went out to seek collective obligation knowledge by migrating, what do you think if he went out to seek individual obligation knowledge? He would be a migrant. So the one who leaves a country to save his religion, I do not say his self, from death, to save his Muslim creation, who says this is not permissible, O people? Who says it is not permissible and it is forbidden for him to go out? And the Muslim community has inherited in its belief the continuation of hijrah as the continuation of jihad until Allah inherits the earth and those upon it. I want to mention here a hadith narrated by al-Bukhari and Muslim in their "Sahih" so that the brothers remember. Those present : Now, migration is from one land to another, yes.
The questioner: Hijrah is.
The Shaykh: Go ahead.
The questioner: I said that I will not address this topic.

I feel this, but I do not find this free time to silence the opponents of desires who will never be silent. Is not the verse of the Qur'an enough for them:
Was not the earth of Allah spacious [enough] for you to emigrate therein?
Actions are by intentions, and every person will have what he intended, so whoever emigrated to Allah and His Messenger, his emigration is to Allah and His Messenger
Actions are to be judged only by intentions and a man will have only what he intended. When one’s emigration is to Allaah and His Apostle, his emigration is to Allaah and His Apostle
The student:
Indeed, those whom the angels take [in death] while wronging themselves - [the angels] will say, "In what [condition] were you?" They will say, "We were oppressed in the land." The angels will say, "Was not the earth of Allah spacious [enough] for you to emigrate therein?"
The Shaykh: No, complete it.
The student : ... .
Another student : Yes,
For those, their refuge is Hell - and evil it is as a destination.
The student :
Except the oppressed.
Another student :
Except for the oppressed among men, women and children who cannot devise a plan nor are they directed to a way -
The student :
For those it is expected that Allah will pardon them, and Allah is ever Pardoning and Forgiving.
Another student : I seek refuge in Allah from Satan,
And whoever emigrates for the cause of Allah will find on the earth many [alternative] locations and abundance. And whoever leaves his home as an emigrant to Allah and His Messenger and then death overtakes him - his reward has already become incumbent upon Allah. And Allah is ever Forgiving and Merciful.
The Shaykh: So may Allah bless you, hijrah has many types and very many.
