His parents are in one country and he wants to bring his wife with him to another country

Fatwa number ( 18968 )
Q: My parents are elderly in Sudan , and my wife and daughters are with them. I would like to bring my wife and daughters with me to Saudi Arabia ; since I have the right to bring them. So, if I bring my wife and daughters, have I fallen short in being dutiful to
my parents? Knowing, O honorable Shaykh, that I am unable to travel except every two years, what should I do regarding my wife’s legal right if she stays with my parents in Sudan ? And is hiring a maid for them sufficient in place of my wife in serving them? Please issue a ruling on these questions, may Allah reward you. May Allah bless you, preserve you, and grant you health and well-being, and may Allah reward you with good.

A: If you provide someone to serve your parents, then there is no blame on you in bringing your wife and children, if Allah wills; because the objective is achieved. May Allah increase you in being dutiful to them and doing good to them. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
