Q: Is it true that no one knows what is in my heart except Allah?
A: No one knows what is in the souls, or what the breasts conceal of thoughts, anxieties, and secrets, except Allah (Mighty and Majestic). He the Exalted said:[Taha 20:7], and He the Exalted and Majestic said: [Al-'Ankabut 29:10], and He the Exalted and Majestic said: [An-Nahl 16:19], and He said: [At-Taghabun 64:4],
and He said:[Al-Qasas 28:69]. Therefore, whoever claims to know what is in the hearts of people and what their breasts conceal has challenged Allah (Exalted and Majestic is He) in His lordship, and that is disbelief in the Great Allah. One must beware of such a person. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.

And if you speak aloud - then indeed, He knows the secret and what is [even] more hidden.
وَإِنْ تَجْهَرْ بِالْقَوْلِ فَإِنَّهُ يَعْلَمُ السِّرَّ وَأَخْفَىIs not Allah most knowing of what is within the breasts of all creatures?
أَوَلَيْسَ اللَّهُ بِأَعْلَمَ بِمَا فِي صُدُورِ الْعَالَمِينَAnd Allah knows what you conceal and what you declare.
وَاللَّهُ يَعْلَمُ مَا تُسِرُّونَ وَمَا تُعْلِنُونَHe knows what is within the heavens and earth and knows what you conceal and what you declare. And Allah is Knowing of that within the breasts.
يَعْلَمُ مَا فِي السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالأَرْضِ وَيَعْلَمُ مَا تُسِرُّونَ وَمَا تُعْلِنُونَ وَاللَّهُ عَلِيمٌ بِذَاتِ الصُّدُورِand He said:
And your Lord knows what their breasts conceal and what they declare.
وَرَبُّكَ يَعْلَمُ مَا تُكِنُّ صُدُورُهُمْ وَمَا يُعْلِنُونَ
