"Allah the Exalted said: {And there is no creature on earth but that upon Allah is its provision, and He knows its fixed place and its repository, all in a clear register}, {He knows what is in the heavens and the earth...}"

The Shaykh :"And He, Mighty and Majestic, said:

And there is no creature on earth but that upon Allah is its provision

وَمَا مِنْ دَابَّةٍ فِي الْأَرْضِ إِلَّا عَلَى اللَّهِ رِزْقُهَا

[Hud 11:6]

" By "creature" is meant every four-legged animal that crawls, every creature that crawls. Let us look: does the snake, the viper, fall under this? What is the evidence? Because it crawls. There is now a very, very small animal that the eye cannot perceive except with difficulty. Sometimes you open a book and find this small creature. Does it fall under this or not? Yes, it did not live except upon the provision of Allah. Any creature on earth, its provision is upon Allah, even what is in the bellies of creatures, for its provision is upon Allah, Mighty and Majestic.

and He knows its place of dwelling and place of storage

وَيَعْلَمُ مُسْتَقَرَّهَا وَمُسْتَوْدَعَهَا

[Hud 11:6]

" The fixed place is the Day of Resurrection, and the repository is this world, because the person in this world is like a deposit; when his time ends, he leaves it.
And His saying: means every one of these creatures and what is meant is the Preserved Tablet.
And He, Mighty and Majestic, said: All of this indicates the comprehensiveness of the knowledge of Allah, Mighty and Majestic.
