Allah the Exalted said:

And when the souls are paired

وَإِذَا النُّفُوسُ زُوِّجَتْ

[At-Takwir:7] (The souls) is the plural of soul,And what is meant by it is: meaning the human being in his entirety, so the souls are paired,Meaning: meaning that every group is joined to its group;Because the spouse is meant to be: the group,As Allah the Exalted said:

And you become [of] three kinds:

وَكُنتُمْ أَزْوَاجاً ثَلاثَةً

[Al-Waqi'ah:7] ,Meaning: three groups.

And Allah the Exalted said:

And other [punishments] of its type [in various] kinds.

وَآخَرُ مِنْ شَكْلِهِ أَزْوَاجٌ

[Sad:58] meaning: groups,And Allah the Exalted said:

Gather those who committed wrong, their kinds

احْشُرُوا الَّذِينَ ظَلَمُوا وَأَزْوَاجَهُمْ

[As-Saffat:22] meaning: their groups and their forms.
On the Day of Resurrection, every form is joined to its like, the people of good to the people of good, and the people of evil to the people of evil, and this Ummah is joined together

And you will see every Ummah kneeling

وَتَرَى كُلَّ أُمَّةٍ جَاثِيَةً

[Al-Jathiyah:28] on its own: (Every Ummah will be called to its book this day, and you will be recompensed for what you used to do [Al-Jathiyah:28] .
