Asking Others for Supplication

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The first question of Fatwa number ( 11613 )
Q 1: What is your opinion of the person who, when you are leaving his place, says to you: “Do not forget me in your supplication,” or when you are going to Makkah says: “Pray for me, my brother.” Is this permissible?
A 1: It is permissible for a Muslim to advise his brother to supplicate for him when he travels to perform 'Umrah, and in other cases as well. This is part of advising one another to do good. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
