Calling from a phone while circumventing the payment of the fee

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Fatwa number ( 14087 )
Q 1: I made calls to several cities from one of the coin-operated phones found on the streets, and I did not spend any of the money I had with me; because the coin box in it was full. A man came after me and called from the same booth and spent his money. I suspected that I had made a mistake in placing the coins, so one of the young men said to me: "It is the money of Muslims; it is forbidden for you to do that." Should I give it in charity, or what should I do? Please inform us, may Allah reward you with good.
A 1: You must give in charity the amount of money corresponding to the calls you made to the cities you called.
Q 2: What is the ruling on driving against the flow of a main or non-main street, and what is the ruling on running a red light? Please inform us, may Allah reward you with good.
A 2: It is not permissible to violate traffic regulations; because the regulations were established for the benefit of Muslims, and because doing so is disobedience to the one in authority, and Allah has commanded obedience to them in
what is right. Allah the Exalted said:
O you who have believed, obey Allah and obey the Messenger and those in authority among youيَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا أَطِيعُوا اللَّهَ وَأَطِيعُوا الرَّسُولَ وَأُولِي الأَمْرِ مِنْكُمْ
[An-Nisa 4:59]
. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
