A3 : It is permissible for a husband to help his brothers, and it is recommended to give them Zakah if they are in need; based on the hadith of Sulayman ibn Amir (may Allah be pleased with him) from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), who said:Jami` at-Tirmidhi 658Sahih (Darussalam) Narrated by Imam Ahmad, Ibn Majah, and al-Tirmidhi, may Allah have mercy on them. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
