A 3: Allah (Glorified and Exalted is He) has permitted us the slaughter of the People of the Book, namely the Jews and the Christians , by His saying:[Al-Ma'idah 5:5] meaning their slaughter, as long as we do not know that they slaughtered it in a manner other than the Shari'ah method. If there is doubt about the slaughter, it is better to leave it; due to the saying of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him): Sunan an-Nasa'i 5711Sahih (Darussalam) . And his saying (peace and blessings be upon him): Bulugh al-Maram 16:32 . If the Muslims among you were to organize slaughterhouses for animals according to the Shari'ah method, if possible, that would be safer.
