Q3: Is it permissible to eat mice, snakes, the poisonous hunch, monkeys, and snails ?
A3 : It is not permissible to eat mice, snakes, the poisonous hunch, or monkeys; because their kind is among those that prey with their fangs, and the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) forbade eating any of the beasts of prey that have fangs, and because they are abominable. And Allah the Exalted said in describing the character of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him):[Al-A'raf 7:157]
As for snails, it is permissible to eat them; because they are from the catch of the sea, and they fall under the generality of the saying of Allah the Exalted:[Al-Ma'idah 5:96] And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.

Lawful to you is game from the sea and its food as provision for you and the travelers
أُحِلَّ لَكُمْ صَيْدُ الْبَحْرِ وَطَعَامُهُ مَتَاعًا لَكُمْ وَلِلسَّيَّارَةِ
