Is it permissible for one who is tortured by disbelievers to commit suicide?

The fifth question of Fatwa No. ( 2762 )
Q 5: I have read in many references and heard from many people that the worshippers of grand mansions, young virgins, and fleeting positions are the enemies of religion, justice, and fairness. They tortured some Muslims or some politicians with burning fire until they died, and some with electricity and other means until they died in pieces and installments. Is it permissible for one whom Allah has tested or taken vengeance upon with such torture to kill himself so that he may be relieved from the painful death and the mutilation of his senses and parts while he is still alive , or does the warning mentioned in (Sahih al-Bukhari ) apply to him? The text of which is:
Whoever throws himself down from a mountain and dies will be resurrected while still throwing himself down into the Fire of Hell, and whoever stabs himself with a knife and dies will be resurrected while still stabbing his belly or his head.
... and so on. I dictated it from my memory; therefore, it may have failed me in some of its words.

A 5:
And do not kill yourselves [or one another]. Indeed, Allah is to you ever Merciful. (30) And whoever does that in aggression and injustice - then We will drive him into a Fire. And that, for Allah, is [always] easy.
[An-Nisa 4:29-30]

Amongst the nations before you there was a man who got a wound, and growing impatient (with its pain), he took a knife and cut his hand with it and the blood did not stop till he died. Allah said, 'My Slave hurried to bring death upon himself so I have forbidden him (to enter) Paradise.'
Sahih al-Bukhari 3463

If anyone kills himself with something, he will be punished with it on the Day of Resurrection.
Sunan Abi Dawud 3257Sahih (Al-Albani)

Thabit ibn al-Dahhak al-Ansari
Is He [not best] who responds to the desperate one when he calls upon Him and removes evil and makes you inheritors of the earthأَمْ مَنْ يُجِيبُ الْمُضْطَرَّ إِذَا دَعَاهُ وَيَكْشِفُ السُّوءَ وَيَجْعَلُكُمْ خُلَفَاءَ الأَرْضِ
[An-Naml 27:62]

(5) For indeed, with hardship [will be] ease. (6) Indeed, with hardship [will be] ease.
