The reciter: Praise be to Allah, Lord of the worlds, and blessings and peace be upon our Prophet Muhammad, and upon his family and all his Companions.
He (may Allah have mercy on him) said: “Chapter on the prohibition of cursing a specific person or beast. From Abu Zayd ibn Thabit ibn al-Dhahak al-Ansari (may Allah be pleased with him), who was among the people of the Pledge of Acceptance. He said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said:Riyad as-Salihin 1551 Agreed upon by al-Bukhari and Muslim.”

We have previously spoken about the beginning of this hadith, the hadith of Abu Zayd ibn Thabit al-Dhahak (may Allah be pleased with him), which is that whoever swears by a religion other than Islam, lying and intentionally, is as he said.
The second point is that whoever kills himself with something will be punished with it in Hell, meaning that if a person kills himself with something, he will be punished with it in Hell. A man who ate poison to die and died, he will drink this poison in the Fire of Hell, abiding therein forever, may Allah protect us. He climbed up to the roof and threw himself down until he perished, so he will be punished with the like of that in Hell. If he killed himself with a knife, he will be punished with it in Hell. If he killed himself with a bullet, he will be punished with it in Hell. If he killed himself with bombs, he will be punished with them in Hell.
