The fourth and fifth questions from Taqwa, number ( 102 )
Q4: A person who constantly drinks intoxicants and commits zina, yet performs the prayer and the other pillars, but does not stop drinking intoxicants or committing zina; is his worship valid?
A 4: One who drinks intoxicants, or commits zina, or does any of the sins while taking them to be permissible has committed disbelief, and no deed is valid with disbelief. But one who commits a sin while acknowledging its prohibition, yet is overcome by his own self, and hopes that Allah will protect him from it, is a believer in his faith and an open sinner in his major sin. It is obligatory for the servant, when he commits any of the sins, to repent and turn back to Allah (Mighty and Majestic), to acknowledge his sin, to resolve not to return to it, to feel remorse for his action, and not to play with the religion of Allah. He should hide behind the cover of Allah and His delay in punishing him. Indeed, Allah (Mighty and Majestic) expelled Iblis from His mercy and banished him permanently, making him a cursed Shaytan because of one sin: Allah commanded him to prostrate to Adam , but he refused. And Allah brought Adam down from Paradise because he disobeyed Allah (Mighty and Majestic)
with one sin, but Adam repented, so Allah accepted his repentance and guided him to a straight path. It is not permissible for the servant to adopt the path of the deceiver and the schemer with his Lord. Rather, it is obligatory for him to stand before Allah in a state of fear, doing what He commanded him to do and leaving what He forbade him.
Q5: Is it permissible for a believer to drink intoxicants on the claim that it treats him of some pains?
A 5: Intoxicants are forbidden, and it is not permissible to use them for medical treatment. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.

O servants of Allah, seek medical treatment, but do not seek treatment with what is forbidden, for Allah has not made the healing of my Ummah in what He has forbidden for them.
عباد الله تداووا ولا تتداووا بحرام، فإن الله لم يجعل شفاء أمتي فيما حرم عليها
