Q:I inform your eminence that previouslya divorce pronouncement came from me by mistake, and I hit a mahram (a relative one may not marry), and I died as a result of the pronouncement, since the mahram
was pregnant , so I hope your eminence will clarify what is obligatory upon me regarding fasting and other matters. Knowing that the protected person is pregnant.
A 1: If the situation is as described, and the woman died and the fetus died in her womb, then you owe one expiation (kaffarah), which is: freeing a believing slave. If you do not find one, then fasting two consecutive months. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
