If a man gives his son a milking animal, it is permissible for him to drink from it

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Fatwa number ( 11186 )
Q: I gave my father a camel from my personal wealth, and my father gave it as a gift to one of his sons. My father is an old man, and most of his food comes from camel milk. Now, none of my camels have milk except for this camel that my father gave away, and my father has refused to drink its milk on the grounds that he gave it away. Therefore, we ask you, your eminence, to kindly inform us: is it permissible for my father to drink the milk of this camel or not? We ask Allah to preserve you.
A: If the matter is as described, then it is permissible for your father to drink from
the milk of the camel that he gave as a gift to one of his grandsons. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
