The ruling on one who gave her daughter milk and she died

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
The questioner wrote this question in her own style for the program. She mentions in her letter that she has a daughter who is four years old and has been suffering from paralysis since birth. She was hospitalized, and the questioner says: On the day of her death, she had been in a complete coma since the morning and had not eaten anything since the morning. I gave her some milk out of fear that she would go hungry. As soon as she drank this milk, it came out of her mouth and she passed away. In fact, I did not know that she had died until the doctor examined her, because I had never seen anyone die before me except this little daughter of mine. This happened about sixteen years ago. Do I owe an expiation for this, knowing that I did not want to give her this milk except out of fear for her from hunger? I ask you to inform me, O Shaykh?

Answer:
You owe nothing. You did a good deed. Allah the Exalted says:
There is not upon the doers of good any cause [for blame]مَا عَلَى الْمُحْسِنِينَ مِنْ سَبِيلٍ
[Surat al-Tawbah: 91]. And by giving her the milk, you did a good deed, so there is no blame on you and no harm. Her time had come, and praise be to Allah. Yes.

The presenter: May Allah reward you with the best reward for us and for the Muslims.
