I installed a swing and it caused the death of a small girl

Fatwa number ( 19742 )
Q: I am a woman, and a one-year-old girl died on me. She was playing with her brothers on a swing that I made for them after they insisted on me making it. It broke, and I wanted to remove it, but they started crying until I put it back as it was. After a while, I went to sleep, and that girl was behind me, but she went to that swing and the rope went around her neck, which led to her death. The question is: Does any sin attach to me for that, and do I have to fast? Even though I did not intentionally cause her death?
A: If the situation is as described, then you owe nothing for the death of this girl due to this game; because you did not neglect your duty in that, and what happened to her was beyond your control. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
